In the spirit of the United Nations Global Compact, any organization, regardless of size or sector of activity, can join the SWAN association. This initiative aims to promote gender equality and inclusion in the professional world. Membership is open to all organizations willing to commit to this approach. From the second year of their membership, member organizations will have to demonstrate their commitment by taking tangible measures to integrate more women into their workforce, whether through inclusive recruitment policies, mentoring programs or actions to promote women's professional development.
