SWAN expands corporate coalition, demystifies deals at Space-Comm Europe

Paris, France — 11 February 2026 – Space Women Alliance (SWAN) announces the expansion of its corporate membership, bringing together 15+ corporate members and a community of 250+ professionals committed to building a more inclusive, high-performing, and sustainable space industry.

As Europe’s space economy scales, gender imbalance in leadership and decision-making remains a structural challenge. SWAN’s growing coalition reflects a shared conviction: inclusion is not only a social responsibility, but a strategic lever for innovation, resilience, and long-term competitiveness.

A coalition across the ecosystem

SWAN’s corporate members span satellite operations and services, platforms and access to space, critical technologies, investment and advisory, and mission-driven partners—aligning commercial priorities with measurable inclusion goals.

Program lens: from commitment to action

Through SWANRise and SWANElevate (mentorship), SWANSpace (talent visibility), and SWANChampion (industry presence), SWAN turns visibility into leadership and leadership into impact. In 2025, SWAN supported 15 mentees, delivered 10 speaking opportunities, and partnered with 7 organizations on inclusive programming.

Meet SWAN at Space-Comm Europe (London, March 4-5)

SWAN and corporate members will host “Before the Pitch: How Space Deals Really Get to ‘Yes’,” a 30-minute panel offering a practical lens on what drives investment decisions and how teams can position well before a formal raise.
